It’s hard to find an HVAC company in the valley that is trustworthy and professional. Mountain Valley is amazing. We called them for an issue with our heater leaking condensation and they compassionately insisted we replace our older heater for safety reasons. Money is tight and they worked with our budget and were timely and professional. They even let us borrow some space heaters to keep us comfortable over the weekend when we had no heat in our home. Jaycee at the front desk is so sweet and communicative and Camden, Braden, and Kyle are all top notch technicians. It’s safe to say we will be calling them for all our future HVAC needs. Updated Review: It's been almost two years since Mtn Valley took great care of us during a time in need. Today, I had them come out and check on our AC unit that seemed like it wasn't keeping up. After some investigating, they filled up my refrigerant and helped me get our filters just right. Now the unit is running just like we want it too. I said I'd recommend them a couple years ago, and I'll say it again! Review from 2023: Mountain Valley took amazing care of us in our moment of need! We came home in the late evening after a viewing and being away all day to an 81 degree house. With a 9-month pregnant spouse, this was a dire situation. We called their number thinking we would just leave a voicemail and have to survive the night, but they answered and got us taken care of. They provided great service and have a great team.
